MDM Bank reports that an agreement has been reached that leaves Igor Kim without a stake in the bank’s capital. The bank’s BOD Chairman Oleg Vyugin said that the negotiations also resulted in the agreement to sell a 100% shareholding in LTB Bank (MDM Group’s former member) to Kim.

The bank’s Board of Directors and its leading stockholders supported the transaction.
