AVS Group to commission Manhattan Business Center only in 2012
AVS Group announced that their Manhattan Business Center in downtown Yekaterinburg would only be commissioned next year instead of this one.
The construction started in May 2007, and the commissioning deadlines have already been shifted a few times. For one, the commissioning date was first set for the end of 2010, then for July 2011. The latest update so far stated that the center would start operating at the end of 2011. The developer promises this is the last time the opening has been put off till a later date.
‘Rostechnadzor committee is expected to start all the commissioning inspections of Manhattan Business Center in late December. The solemn opening ceremony is supposed to take place at the beginning of 2012,’ AVS Group BOD Chairman Valery Savelyev told UrBC.
Manhattan Business Center, located in Mamin-Sibiryak St, comprises a set of buildings with varying numbers of storeys and a total area of 56,000 sq m.
