Our Tenants Leave Due to Media Markt Opening, Park House Says
A Media Markt outlet will soon open in Park House Shopping Center in Yekaterinburg, the local branch of Manhattan Real Estate Management (the company in charge of tenant issues in the said shopping center) informed UrBC.
The company representative Natalia Kirillova explained to UrBC that the German electronic goods and household appliances chain store would be located on the third floor of the mall. The remodeling jobs will begin on February 1, 2012.
In the meantime, the current tenants located on the third floor, including Bruno Bellini, La Djotto, Westmister, Carven, Amori, Truvor, Clarks, and other stores, moved out as soon as they could. Kirillova said about 90% of tenants would relocate altogether, excluding the bowling place, the movie theatre, a children’s toys store, and the food court. About 15% of these tenants will nevertheless still be operating on Park House premises, but they will have to relocate.
