Koltsovo Airport Directs over 2.86bn to Koltsovo Project’s Authorized Capital
Koltsovo Airport is to invest over 2.86bn RUR in the authorized capital of the emerging Koltsovo Project; this comes to 37.7% of the airport’s assets’ worth. The decision to this respect was made by the company’s Board of Directors.
According to the airport’s reports, the transaction is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2012.
