Koltsovo Airport vs. Czech Connect Airlines a.s to Be Heard in Yekaterinburg Court
Koltsovo Airport placed a claim against Czech Connect Airlines a.s. with Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court. The plaintiff insists on being paid $66,400. The preliminary court hearing has been set for April 5, 2012.
Now the airline’s Board of Directors submitted its insolvency application to the territorial court of Ostrava on January 18, 2012.
Czech Connect Airlines a.s. then promised to do their best to minimize the damage done to the company’s business partners.
The airline, which used to operate a flight from Yekaterinburg to Karlsbad, stopped its business activity until March 24, 2012.
