Board of Directors of Chelyabinsk knitted wear company sets the date for annual stockholders meeting
Board of Directors of Chelyabinsky Trikotazh appointed the annual stockholders meeting for May 5, 2006. The agenda includes discussing the results of the company’s financial and economic activities during 2005, and of the dividend non-payment question.
The stockholders will also elect the company’s Board of Directors as well as the members of auditing commission.
