Managing Director of West Siberian Metallurgical Industrial Complex Andrey Mokrinskiy will soon become the Operational Managing Director of Evraz Group. Former Operational Managing Director Valeriy Khoroshkovskiy became President on January 1, 2006, reports Interfax.

Mr Mokrinskiy will be succeeded by R. Nugumanov.
