Chelyabinsk gas company to hold annual meeting on April 26, 2006
Chelyabinskoblgas JSC is going to hold the annual meeting of shareholders on April 26, 2006. The points on the agenda include confirmation of the company’s financial activity in 2005, P & L distribution as well as allotment of dividends. The shareholders will also have to elect the Board members and the inspection committee as well as the Auditor.
