Chelyabinsk subsidiary of Russian Federal Property Fund announced the results of the auction aimed at selling the share holding of Magnitogorskiy Kranoviy Zavod JSC. 1,821 shares (14.1% of the company’s authorized capital) had been put up to auction; TyazhmashComplex Ltd. outbid its rivals by offering 10.122m RUR (the opening bid was 9.640m RUR).
