The Board of Directors of United Machine Building Works JSC decided to holdthe annual shareholder meeting on June 5, 2006. The Board compiled the agenda and suggested that the shareholders should declare and pay the preference share dividend of 12% of face value. Part of the profit will probably be invested in the company development.
