Net profit of zinc works of Chelyabinsk goes up by 65.7% in first quarter of 2006
Within the first quarter of 2006, the net profit of Chelyabinsky Zincovy Zavod JSC (Zinc Works of Chelyabinsk) increased by 65.7% against the same figure for the previous quarter.
According to the company’s press release, the increase is due to the escalation of zinc prices on the world market.
The company’s net profit in the first quarter of 2006 has amounted to 344,550,000 RUR.
