A stockholder meeting of Trubodetal JSC is to be held on May 26, 2006. The agenda contains confirmation of the company’s annual report, profit distribution, election of members of the company’s Board of Directors and inspection commission. The stockholders will also address the question of approving of potentially beneficial transactions between Trubodetal JSC and OMK-Stal Ltd. The transactions could amount to up to 1.5b RUR and 1b RUR, respectively.
