Evgeniy Zaitsev was appointed director of Moscow subsidiary of Ulgemetbank JSC after the corresponding decision was made by the bank’s GD on May 11, 2006, the company’s spokesperson said to UrBC representative.

Prior to this appointment, Mr Zaitsev (born in 1978) worked as the Director for Legal Issues and then as Deputy Director of the bank’s Moscow subsidiary. Mr Zaitsev graduated from Kemerov State University in 2002.

Former Director Alexander Ovchinnikov was appointed First Deputy CEO by the Board of Directors in March 2006. It was also then that Konstantin Panfilov succeeded Sergey Babenkov in the position of General Director. Mr Babenkov had been working in the capacity of GD since 2001 when the bank’s headquarters were still located in Mezhdurechie of Kemerov Region.
