GD of Shabrovskiye Electricity Network Sergey Frolov convicted for persistent non-execution of judgment

‘Justice of the Peace of Chkalovsky District of Yekaterinburg returned the verdict of guilty, which completed the criminal lawsuit where the accused was being charged with persistent non-execution of judgment (Clause 315 of Russian Criminal Code)’, reports the spokesperson for the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Sverdlovsk Region.

The accused was the forty-five-year-old General Director of Shabrovskiye Electricity Network Ltd. Sergey Frolov In the course of the investigation, it was revealed that, following the decision of Sverdlovsk Region Court of Arbitration, the company headed by Mr Frolov had to pay over 1.03 million RUR to Yekaterinburggas JSC and SverdlovEnergo JSC. As Mr Frolov failed to meet the demands of the court before the deadline, he was charged with Clause 315 of Russian Criminal Code; the case was transferred to the Justice of the Peace after the Public Prosecutor of Chkalovsky District of Yekaterinburg completed he inquest and the indictment. The Justice returned the verdict of guilty and stated that Mr Frolov pay a fine of 130,000 RUR.
