Uralsvyasinform JSC (operating on the cell phone market as Utel) will probably stop subscribing new clients in 2007, said the company’s Commercial Director Andrey Belobokov. According to Mr Belobokov, the current amount of subscribers appears satisfactory to the company, so it’s not likely to extend the client network any further. Uralsvyasinform JSC is expected to only maintain the existing client base, even though the company is rated last in Sverdlovsk Region rating of subscriber bases.
