Members of the Board of Directors of Chelyaboblcommunenergo JSC have elected First Deputy Governor of Chelyabinsk Region Vladimir Dyatlov Chairman of the Board. At the moment, Chelyabinsk Regional government holds 48% of Chelyaboblcommunenergo shares.

The company’s core activity is rendering of heat and electricity supply services to private consumers located in Chelyabinsk Region. The company’s branch network consists of 9 items operating in 33 municipalities of Chelyabinsk Region. The company’s assets include 112 boiler-houses, 5,000 km of power lines, 600 km of cable lines, 1290 transformer substations and the heating system whose total length is about 600 km.
