ChelyabinskGorGas is going to hold an extraordinary general meeting on October 26, 2006. The points on the agenda include approval of a number of interconnected transactions beneficial for the company and the enterprise providing some guarantee of meeting the liabilities of GAZEX Finance Ltd. The liabilities amount to the total face value of 1m GAZEX inconvertible certificated interest-bearing bonds to bearer (series 01), with face value of 1,000 RUR each, to be paid off on the 1456th day within the bond issue.
