The employees of ChelyabEnergoSbyt, Chelyabinsk Region heat and electricity supplier, took part in the second series of New Generation Business Leader Program. According to their spokesperson, more people from the company attended the seminar this time compared with the first series.

In order to select the participants, an ad hoc committee made up of managers, psychologists, and the company’s employees assessed the essays of the candidates written of the topic of what the 21st century business leader should be and look like. The authors of two best essays (Anatoliy Dzyuba and Andrey Sokolov) were chosen to become the participants of the project.

‘Wonderful atmosphere, communicating with successful people and competition spirit are something you don’t want to miss. This program is a proof of what you really are,’ Mr Sokolov said.

‘Our whole life consists of managerial slugfests where one has to take the only right decision. Awareness of the ways and methods of competitive battles will probably come in handy in the future; I would also like to point out that everything was well-run and the teachers were very professional,’ said Mr Dzyuba.
