The municipal Duma of Yekaterinburg decided to include Carnival Trade and Entertainment Center into the central price zone today, which means that the tenants of the center will have to pay the highest possible imputed earnings tax, as do all the trade and entertainment centers in Yekaterinburg. The decision will come into force on April 1, 2007.

Mega Trade and Entertainment Center located in Novo-Moskovskiy Rd. has recently been added to the list as well.
