Ural Bank of Sberbank of Russia decided to become the backer of the Bank Cards for Small Businesses conference that was held at the end of February and was devoted to how one could handle accounts, services, and salary-paying routines with the help of bank cards.

The event was attended by representatives of the region’s leading banks and of the federal ones, executives from insurance companies and international credit card systems, and members of Sverdlovsk Region Government.

‘The introduction of bank cards for salary-paying routines saves companies a lot of money. It cuts costs related to getting and delivering cash and keeps the figures confidential as far as the amount of each worker’s pay is concerned. Besides, bank cards provide for a lot of additional services and can be used as an additional motivation factor. Normally, if a company cares for its personnel and tries to keep the skilled employees, it is interested in switching to bank cards,’ says Svetlana Skorinova, Bank Card Manager of Ural Bank of Sberbank of Russia.
