RENOVA Stroy Group management negotiates with investors and developers at MIPIM 2007

RENOVA Stroy Group management held negotiations with investors and developers attracted by the company’s Academic construction project at the international conference known as MIPIM 2007 that was held in Cannes, France, on March 13-16, 2007, reports the spokesperson for the company.

The international businesses appeared to be interested in joint projects in the field of commercial estate. At the exhibition, RENOVA Stroy Group presented three large commercial projects to be based in the future district of Yekaterinburg, namely, a logistics center (60,000 square meters ready to be commissioned with another 189,000 square meters on the line), a trade and entertainment center (100,000 square meters almost ready with another 250,000 on the line), and a business center (500,000 square meters altogether). These centers are to become the business core of the new district, and due to the very scale, they are expected to acquire interregional importance.

President Veniamin Golubitskiy says the western developers that are not operating on the Russian market at the moment but are willing to do so seem particularly excited about the would-be trade and entertainment center. Mr. Golubitskiy also believes large investment funds are willing to invest in the area’s commercial and housing estate.

As for the company’s future plans, RENOVA Stroy Group plans to present their next project (a Chelyabinsk satellite referred to as Sun Valley) and additional projects related to Academic project at MIPIM 2008.
