According to Continent Siberia newspaper, URSA Bank was Siberia’s second largest bank in terms of net wealth (85,365 million RUR), outstripped only by Siberian Bank of Sberbank of Russia. The bank is on the most impressive Siberian banks list in terms of capital, profits, investments by businesses and natural persons, and loan portfolios as well.
