The net profit of UralSvyazInform (the regional mobile operator and telecommunication provider) went down by 12.58% or 151.049 million RUR in the second quarter of the year. The figures decreased from 1,200,784,000 RUR in January-March 2007 to 1,049,735,000 RUR in April-June 2007.
