MegaFon, Russia’s major mobile operator, started its new promotion campaign on September 1, 2007. The company is going to give out 100 Mercedes Benzes as prizes to 100 customers within the course of 100 days. Their press officer reports if you want to take part in this prize hunt, you need to send a blank text message using number 1000. Each such message gives you ten points; apart from that, each participant will be sent text messages containing some questions, and if you answer them correctly, you may score additional points. The more points a participant scores, the greater his or her chances of winning actually grow. And, moreover, if someone was not lucky on the first day, they can try again the next day, with all the previously scored points saved and transferred automatically for the next day’s drawing of prizes.
