Neftegasvzryvpromstroy Trust looks at its success in 2007

Neftegasvzryvpromstroy Trust, based in Ufa, looked at its success in 2007. The company’s sales reached 300 million RUR last year, and this figure is expected to rise by at least 120 million RUR in 2008.

Neftegasvzryvpromstroy Trust, the open joint-stock company, was set up in 1986 as the Ministry for O&G Construction’s only mobile division meant for drilling-and-blasting operations in the course of constructing transfer pipelines and developing oil and gas deposits. The company has a 10% share of the drilling-and-blasting operations market that has been estimated at some 2 billion RUR a year. 44%, 20%, 26%, and 10% of Neftegasvzryvpromstroy Trust’s operations are carried out in Yamalo-Nenetsk Autonomous Region, Amur Region and Khabarovsk Territory, Krasnodar Territory, and Bashkortostan, respectively. 64.8% of the company’s services are related to OCTG production, 7.1% of its services have to do with power engineering, and 10.8% of its services involve water engineering.

Last year, Neftegasvzryvpromstroy Trust completed projects in thirty-two different places, including an airport runway in Gelendzhik and expansion of a gas terminal in Urengoi. Thus the company carried out 2,060,404 cubic meters of drilling-and-blasting operations worth 304.1 million RUR last year, which is 55.1% better than 1,489,426 cubic meters of operations worth 196.1 million RUR performed the year before.

Neftegasvzryvpromstroy Trust is run by General Director I. Vorobiev and BOD Chairman Yakov Nevelev.
