Rostechnadzor to inspect Pipe Metallurgical Company in July 2008
Sverdlovsk Region’s division of Rostechnadzor (the state environmental, technological, and nuclear safety watchdog) intends to inspect a number of regional enterprises, their press officer reports.
The agency is going to examine the premises and papers of Sinara Pipe Plant, Severskiy Pipe Plant (members of Pipe Metallurgical Company), Volchanskiy Ugol, and Severouralskiy brewery.
In addition, Sverdlovsk current transformer plant, Polevskoy machine-building plant, Serov mechanical plant, Serov metallurgical plant, Gazpromtransgaz Yugorsk, Pervouralskaya poultry plant, and Pervouralsk New Pipe Plant will be checked for compliance with the industrial safety norms.
Sverdlovsk Region’s division of Rostechnadzor is also planning to make sure there are no unauthorized disposal sites in the region’s cities and towns. Their interregional gas distribution and consumption surveillance department and Sverdlvosk Region’s Department of Internal Affairs will keep on inspecting automatic gas-filling stations.
