Yugra’s claim against Ural Transport Bank still handled by court
Sverdlovsk Region Court of Arbitration’s next session on the claim laid by the Government of Khanty-Mansiyskiy Autonomous Region (Yugra) against Ural Transport Bank (UralTransBank) (case А60-8886/08) has been scheduled for September 30, 2008. The plaintiff insists on getting 29,586,396.54 RUR from the bank.
