AKB Probusinessbank’s BOD suggested that the bank’s stockholders vote for passing the registered ordinary share dividend for 2008 at the AGM on June 16, 2009 in Moscow. The Board also placed the issue of closing down the bank’s economic incentive fund on the upcoming meeting’s agenda.
