MRSK Urala Board of Directors decided to terminate the authority of two Supervisory Board members: Alexei Sedykh and Vladimir Kalsin.

In addition to this, the BOD scheduled the company AGM for June 19, 2009. The meeting is to be held in Yekaterinburg. The stockholders have been recommended to pass the common stock dividend for 2008.
