The annual general meeting of Verkh-Isetskiy Metallurgical Plant (VIZ) shareholders resulted in the decision not to pay the dividends on ordinary registered uncertified and preference registered uncertified type A shares for the financial year 2008.

In addition, the stockholders voted to elect the new Board of Directors, consisting of seven members.
