Uralkaliy’s Board of Directors decided to nearly halve the number of the new Supervisory Board’s members. Under the new regulations, the Board comprises Vice President for Strategic Development Mikhail Antonov, General Director and Chairman of the Supervisory Board Vladislav Baumgertner, Deputy GD and Economics and Finance Director Viktor Belyakov, Deputy GD Sergey Dyakov, HR Director Elena Samsonova, and Director for Legal and Corporate Issues Marina Shvetsova.

The old Board used to have thirteen members, including the company’s PR Director Eduard Koridorov.
