Yekaterinburg-based non-ferrous metals processing plant’s Board of Directors decided that the company’s General Director Andrei Fedotov should resign before the end of his term. According to the plant’s official report, he was succeeded by Igor Pokhmelnikov on September 10, 2009.

Apart from this, the BOD set up a single executive body to ensure better management of the business.
