‘The company is planning to set up another dealership in the Urals, which will definitely improve the speed and the quality of customer service. We are currently interviewing the potential candidate firms,’ Jaguar Land Rover Russia’s PR Manager Yulia Malyina informed UrBC.

After Avtoland Holding’s dealership license had not been renewed, Krasnolesye car center remained Land Rover and Jaguar’s only representative in Sverdlovsk Region. As a result, the customers wishing to get some maintenance service were faced with enormous queues.

‘The after-sales services can only be provided to Jaguar and Land Rover automobile owners by the company’s official dealers and with the manufacturer’s support. At the moment, our company has no partners that would only deal in maintenance services,’ Jaguar Land Rover Russia explains.

‘In order to avoid any misunderstanding at the initial stages of our negotiations, we are not going to disclose any information about the companies that have applied for the tender prior to signing a cooperation agreement,’ Yulia Malyina said.
