Region owes IES Holding 2.5bn
‘Getting our customers to pay is still the company’s major problem for now. Even though their debt has been going down lately, IES Holding’s customers still owe us some 2.5 billion RUR for the heating energy consumed. We are going to use all the legitimate means available to get our money. We really need it this summer in order to prepare for the next heating season,’ Director of OOO Sverdlovsk Heating Supply Company Sergey Yefimov said in the course of a conference dedicated to the success of last winter’s heating season in Yekaterinburg.
‘We managed to get through the season without any serious problems; some emergencies we did experience were dealt with very fast. The company is now planning to restore the main heating network in Yekaterinburg, with the financing to be nearly doubled this year,’ he added.
