The unhappy customers keep placing their complaints against a number of travel agents like OOO Alfa-Travel, OOO Zheltiy Chemodan, OOO Fond Mira Group, OOO TBK Inturline, and OOO Severnaya Palmira with Sverdlovsk Region’s division of Rospotrebnadzor’s Central Yekaterinburg Department.

The customers believe their rights have been violated in that the agents failed to provide them with some essential information. Also, they appear to inflict upon the customers the terms of contract that infringe on their legal rights, the spokesperson for Rospotrebnadzor reports.

Following an administrative investigation, the travel companies and their heads had to face administrative liability. However, some of the agents placed their files with Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court, as they believe their administrative prosecution had no legal grounds.

On December 25, 2009 and February 2, 2010, Sverdlovsk Region Arbitration Court ruled that the verdicts of Rospotrebnadzor’s Central Yekaterinburg Department were to remain valid, and the travel agents’ complaints were discharged.
