Koltso Urala’s Telebank hits Top5
Expert-Ural, an analytical think tank, came up with the list of Russia’s Top5 e-banks for private individuals. Telebank, offered by OOO Koltso Urala Commercial Bank, was featured 4th in this rating alongside with some big federal market players.
The analysts looked into several parameters of e-banks along three basic categories: Functions (the number of services and settings), Online Penetration (the access to all of the bank’s services through e-banking), and Standard Payments (the number of contractors that payments can be made to using one form).
According to Expert-Ural’s findings, Koltso Urala’s Telebank scored between five and eight points in each category, demonstrated impressive achievements and deserved to be at the top.
The bank’s Card Projects Development Director Maria Kienko says Telebank gives its users an opportunity to carry out virtually all the transactions a private customer may need, like managing money in one’s account, creating bank statements, making incidental and regular payments (including road police fines), exchanging foreign currency, and issuing a virtual bank card.
‘Our bank is trying to meet the customers’ demands and make our e-banking services as efficient and convenient as possible. For one, we offered them a new service in February 2010 – the administration of current and deposit accounts. Besides, Telebank’s other advantage lies in its affordability: it’s free to sign up and to use most of our e-services,’ Kienko notes.
