Moody's promotes MMK rating outlook
Moody's Investors Service, the international rating agency, changed the outlook of Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) Ва3 corporate rating and Аа3.ru national scale rating from Stable to Positive, the agency reports.
