The former director of SV-Barrisol has been shot in Yekaterinburg, Alexander Shulga, the official representative of the Investigative Committee’s Investigative Division under Sverdlovsk Region’s department of the Russian Federation public prosecutions office, confirmed today.

It is rumored that the victim in question is a man named Andrei Sokolovskiy.
