Industrial Urals-Polar Urals Pass Dividend

The stockholders of The Industrial Urals-The Polar Urals Corporation decided not to declare any share dividend for the year 2010. The decision was taken in the course of the annual general meeting on June 30, 2011.

The AGM also included approval of the annual report and of the annual accounting report and electing the Supervisory Board.
