Société Générale to Lay off over 12% of Rosbank Employees

In order to cope with its financial troubles, the French group Société Générale intends to lay off employees of its daughter enterprises. In Russia, the group is going to make 2,000 employees of the recently merged Rosbank redundant.

Rosbank chose not to provide any information as to which departments and what particular clerks will have to go.
