Issue of UBT-Uralvagonzavod’s shares halted

Under the order of Ural Federal District division of Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service No. 62-11-1532/pz-i dated November 18, 2011 the issue of Sverdlovsk Region-based UBT-Uralvagonzavod’s ordinary registered uncertified shares was halted.
