Regional design office sells its share holding to industrial safety experts

Uralliga Design Office CJSC sold its share holding to Industrial Safety Expertise CJSC of Chelyabinsk, reports the company’s spokesperson. The holding comprised 19% of the authorized capital in equities. The transaction is reported to have taken place on February 21, 2006.
