Russian Federal property Fund announces results of selling auction for Magnitogorsk bread maker

Chelyabinsk subsidiary of Russian Federal Property Fund announced the results of the auction aimed at selling the share holding of Magnitogorskiy Klebokombinat JSC. 7,697 shares (51% of the company’s authorized capital) could be bought. Prazdnik Vkusa Ltd. outbid its rivals by offering 9m RUR.
