Chelindbank to hold general meeting on May 26, 2006

Chelindbank is going to hold a general meeting on May 26, 2006. The points on the agenda include confirmation of the annual report, balance sheet, profit and loss accounts for 2005, and P & L distribution, including distribution of profits for 2005, and electing the inspection committee.

The shareholders will also be presented with a report on the growth of the company’s authorized capital via allotment of extra shares.
