Annual shareholder meeting of Chelyabinsk Mains JSC will be held on June 13, 2006. The points on the agenda include agreeing on the company’s financial achievements in 2005, P & L distribution, electing the Board and the inspection committee as well as the company’s Auditor. The shareholders will also have to agree to the amendments to the company’s Charter.
