President appoints Vladimir Kucherov Head of Department of Internal Affairs in Ural Federal District

The Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing lieutenant-general Vladimir Kucherov Head of the Department of Internal Affairs in Ural Federal District, reports the President’s press officer.
