Moody’s ups URSA Bank’s rating

Moody’s Investors Service promoted URSA Bank from B1/NP to Ba3/NP in terms of foreign currency deposits and from E+ to D- in terms of BFSR on May 4, 2007, the bank’s press officer reports.
