Bank Severnaya Kazna’s additional share issue registered with Bank of Russia

Central Bank of Russia’s General Division in Sverdlovsk Region registered the additional issue of Bank Severnaya Kazna’s 6,170,000 shares with face value of 10 RUR each. There is no fixed maturity date for the shares, and these are most likely to be acquired by East Capital Explorer Financial Institutions Fund AB.
