UralFinPromBank’s Chairman offers securities to stockholders

UralFinPromBank’s Chairman Ildar Gubaev announced that the bank’s stockholders could buy registered uncertified common shares at a price of 12 RUR apiece. The proposal is to be accepted or otherwise decided upon within seventy days.

At the moment, Ildar Gubaev and related stockholders own 65.68% of UralFinPromBank’s shares.
