Leader buys 33.3216% of CIT Capital

Leader Holding Company acquired 33.3216% of CIT Capital after all the rights and responsibilities associated with these shares were transferred to Leader Holding Company as a result of the business’s reorganization.

At the same time, CIT Capital went through with the 100% equity carve-out in CIT Yekaterinburg’s authorized capital.
